The FEDS was developed by two people with a combined 60 years in the vehicle transportation and catering/restaurant industries. The modular system is based around the Cambro Manufacturing's hot/cold holding containers. Cambro is known internationally for the highest quality and reliability of it's products. The use of GMC and Isuzu vehicles ensures a quality work vehicle that can be serviced virtually anywhere. The two "Basic" packages solves the needs of 80% of U.S. caterers and prepared food delivery organizations. However, because the system is modular. The packages are easily modified for custom applications. The Food Express Delivery System is easily cleaned which is a plus when dealing with your local health department.
